Thread title is self-explanatory.
Currently, I have an Omega GX dance pad at home connected to SM5, doing two hour rounds of that daily. Every other day, I head down to my basement where I do some weightlifting.
- 125 lb bench press 15 reps
- planks for 30-60 seconds
- 115 lb chin-ups until burn
- Russian twists with a 25 pound weight until it burns
- Leg presses/squats optional

This is my usual workout in my hip hop class (in no particular order).
- 8 Sit-ups for each position: legs down, both legs raised, one leg raised and vice versa, facing the right, facing to the left (repeat 4-5 times)
- 2-3 minute planks
- 20-30 clapping push-ups
After the strength exercises, we go through flexibility tests (splits, the 'dance' pose, reaching forward with legs open [I don't know what it's called], etc.)
and then we learn/go over routines within a course of two hours.
Repeat 4-5 days a week.
Essentially: Hip-Hop Boot Camp

I don't really "work out", but when I exercise I just go on long walks or play DDR/SM

"Take your hater shades off." |
Is this the place where I can ask how do you time eating means to have energy to work out without puking and whatnot because I always find I'm either too hungry or too full to work out. Actually being hungry (usually after work) leads me to eat until I'm a slug.
But on a good day I play through whatever Wii Fit exercises look productive with some 8-ish-part routine they let you set up. Occasionally sprinkle hand-weight exercises from YouTube.
Lacking an at-home DDR mat now. :c Usually have to go at least one warm up, two to five regular, and then one death round of X-15s or something. There are just plain off days where I have a gut feeling I can't pass anything so the death round sorta gets toned down to 13s-14s unless I can get over that feeling. Been stuck on 15s for an eternity, it feels like; before we even had X. xP
Maaan, you guys have such organized routines. My exercises are all over the place and could use some documenting. 'Cause a lot of days I space it off and get indecisive.

I'll do about 45 minutes on Get Fit with Mel B most days; then to supplement I often take brisk walks up to the park.
