November 28th is a popular day, it is the day following Thanksgiving and known as a huge shopping day full of deals. We plan to participate with our biggest deals ever. We will be selling a very limited quantity of ALL of our pads at $100 off. Skin selection will be limited to the GX - DDR AC, ITGX - ITG AC, TX - AC, PX - AC, PIUX - AC, and Necro P1 / P2 skins. Also bar kits at $60 off. After the limited quantity is depleted we will be selling additional pads and bar kits at $50 off and $30 off respectively and these deals will proceed until sold out or Monday, November 30th. We will guarantee Christmas delivery. We cannot promise our website can handle the traffic, if it goes down due to over-activity it should refresh in an hour, these deals will only appear on our website. Sale will begin at 12:00 Noon Eastern Time Zone. We reserve the right to cancel any orders if they seem suspicious (i.e. if someone orders too many pads).

Thanks, ONLY the default of each item will reflect the sale price so DO NOT change any of the options or else the sale price will not be reflected although changing back will reflect the sale price.

My Omega GX, with a Simply Love decal design, came in today. To my surprise, it works like a charm; not experiencing any problems.

Well, I've heard some mixed reviews about it, I.E. some cases where people claim the pad misfires, but I have had none of those problems. Well done, sir, I like my pad.

Ah, those reviews are true. What you should expect and anticipate is a panel that stops operating quickly and will need to be cleaned, typically after 3-6 hours of hard use but possibly even after a month. Although it may never happen, it's common enough that it should be anticipated.
Also if you play with the pad on a soft carpet it could mis-fire, the base is still flexible which is a good thing because the alternative of that is a firm base that would crack.
Plus many of the mixed reviews were older, the new base allows the pad to survive shipping without getting all bent out of shape, we've made improvements.

Wait, hellrazor is the precision dance pads guy? Nice. Now I know that I'm actually helping a member of the community when I buy mine and not just giving money to someone trying to cash in on DDR/ITG fans when the "fad" is gone and there aren't a lot of pad manufacturers. I look forward to giving you my money when I get my tax return.

Fuck Yeah.I was tired of re-building my CF pads so I scratched the whole design and built a pad that wouldn't break (like seriously I don't know how long they will last but they are meant to go on forever). These pads are very serious and will never be made in China, I love DDR and the whole DDR / ITG community even if I don't agree with some of the BS charts I still think there is no better exercise in the world. And I'm not going to stop either, as long as I live we will make pads available at a reasonable cost that are designed to be amazing.
That's why the shop has so many different options, and even why I make Cobalt Flux control boxes, trying to keep the community alive and so far it's been nothing short of amazing. There are people posting scores that rival some of the best arcade players now. Heck I even got my ban overturned (no hard feelings to anyone I deserved the ban).
I'm not the most loved person, but I am extremely passionate about my dance pads and the Omega series pads are seriously the best pads I've ever played on..

I loved my cobalt flux so much the first couple months I had it but the constant cleaning and the fact that my screws got stripped out after a few cleanings (and I'm a freaking mechanic for a living, I know a thing or two about proper torque) left a very sour taste in my mouth about the whole thing and I actually just got so fed up after about a year that I just threw the damn thing away. I had an RO Afterburner as well but that hunk of shit crapped out on me, no joke here, after 3 days and RO refused to exchange or refund it. I've been playing on modded soft pads for a while and its done its job but its just not the same. Right now I have a SM set up with one of the Wii pads and a Game Cube converter that someone here recommended and it's getting the job done, although to be honest I did alter the scoring because in really fast sections it just can't keep up so I made it where misses don't take away anything like in DDRSN and later. But reading the reviews and seeing the videos, I definitely think its time to invest in a good one again and tax return season seems like the perfect time. I cant wait to turn this into an FC one day, and maybe pass it on Oni,

So, I've been enjoying my Omega GX, and it hasn't been giving me any problems. ...that is, until now. The pad ghost stepped a tad bit the last month, but now, the down arrow is malfunctioning. Most of the time, it doesn't register at all, but when it does, it registers way too much.
What should I do now? I'll shoot you a PM if need be.

So most of the time the down arrow does nothing and when it works it rapid fires?
That would indicate that there is high resistance in the down arrow. If you have an Omega ITGX pad the inserts in the pad can cause the metal to tear up over time which would cause loss of conductivity under the insert, there's one in the center above the down that you step on alot so it happens.
The fix if that is the problem is to add a strip of copper wire inside the pad, you need two strips. Also a small strip of velcro to hold the copper in place. Going from left to right at the very bottom of the down arrow, add the copper above and below the velcro, open the bottom of the down arrow carefully, and do your best to get this thing in the pad once it sticks it's impossible to remove so line it up with the bottom of the pad. This will cause the metal in the pad that still works to conduct with the rest of the metal in the pad. This fix is only for ITGX pads that are about 2 years old now, about two years ago I realized this was happening and we put extra copper in the pads so adding even more won't help.
