Whenever I'm creating a Stepmania simfile, I don't know how to adjust the right BPM and Gap for song, it ends up at 60 BPM...I don't know how. Anyone?

You can manually adjust BPM and offset by opening the .sm/etc. files in Notepad. In SM5, go to the Escape menu → Edit Timing Data, where you can change the BPM and offset manually as well.
