My question is, is the guy an imminent threat to the safety of ZIv users (i.e. predatory, stalking, promoting hate speech, etc.?)

The bigger problem is that this account is suspected to be another alt of coolpeaches mainly due to their impressive first post.

I don't think we're dealing with that person. This seems like a different user altogether. Worst of all, I've checked the IP, and it looks like they're hiding behind a Tor exit node (like a coward). We can't know where the user comes from.

It's somewhat hilarious for a user's entire posting history to be twice attempting to piss up the SMX thread, trying to leak things that everybody and probably some more intelligent dogs have said "DO NOT LEAK"... and being disgusted by Undertale

That certainly sounds very sus from the get-go. Most of us more, should I say, well-behaved people wouldn't necessarily feel the need to use a Tor browser for this site. At least, that's what I'd assume anyway.

fair enough, i was just referring to their most recent youtube comments, and they're associated with someone who made some scuffed comments about akira complex's death
so basically i was worried about them promoting some sort of hate speech on here

I can now say that I have evidence to prove that user zeioIIDX is the person behind ChillustratedMan and the newly registered ThaDDRChamp, both of which are hidden behind Tor exit nodes.

zeioIIDX has been given a warning, while the two burner accounts (along with another account that gave his identity away) are now banned. If he continues with this behavior and/or creates a third Tor burner account, he will be banned in violation of Rule 1B.

By the way, zeio, if you're reading this, I just want to know... what is your problem? lol

I think it'd be better to ban his main too. Prolonged targeted harassment of another member with multiple burner accounts, and a conscious effort to avoid triggering duplicate account flags? I'd show him the door at that point.

The thing about strikes is that they expire over time. The warning status stays until it's manually reverted back. Think of it as a permanent strike 2.

While that is a fair point, I'm willing to give zeio one last chance to clean his act up and think about his actions.
