I've also noticed the first two numbers of the registered IP match three other accounts that were previously banned. We'll keep an eye out for others that show up in that range.

Surprisingly, no. However, I looked up the IP on AbuseIPDB and found several reports tracing back from 2022. It must be active again.

but that's not zenius so we can't really ban people for their activities outside of zenius. otherwise most of us are fucked.
