It locks up because you've unlocked all the Music Clips and the game tries to access the next music clip but it's trying to access an American track which we didn't get. Hence it locks up trying to read it... I've submitted this bug to KONAMI months ago, they still haven't addressed it.

Ah what I meant was you unlocked all the music clips before the bugged one, which is the 67th one that you're stuck on. It sucks that you can't clear it out.
