If you liked TMNT IV or the OST to it at all...you probably need to get this. Like now. I've been waiting on the release of this for a good year and a half now.

Direct or torrent.

OC Remix does an amazing job at remix albums. The one they did for Sonic CD is GOD LIKE.

KyleJCrb is in charge of this one. He pushed a preview/beta of one of the songs (Rock the Plank) through his podcast, Nitro Game Injection, back a year and a half prior to this releasing and I was hooked - probably the main reason I kept tabs on this until release was that song right there...but the amount of talent they've got on this album alone is -insane-.

God this. This right here. This song. THIS SONG.

Listening through the album right now, and I've gotta say...
I'm unimpressed.
I'm halfway through the first disk, and the only tunes that really grab me are "Duh, Who Put The Lights Out?!" and "Fresh From The Sewers". All the rest are rather uninteresting, and really poorly mixed.
Will my opinion change by the end of the first disk? Tune in next time on Anony's Onions.

Or I could do the simpler option and post my thoughts on the album here, in this thread that was made specifically for discussion about this release.
Save myself the time of making an account over at ocremix.

Alrighty then.
Finished up the first disk. It got better... but not by much. The tracks are very high energy, but don't really have any substance to grab on to. The tracks are loud and in your face, but they were very muddled and awkwardly mixed. The tracks had a lot of power, but they all sound very similar to one another (save for some exceptions). The tracks that really stuck out the most to me were "Duh, Who Put The Lights Out?!" (my favorite so far), "Fresh From The Sewer", "Turtle In The Shredder's Sewer" (which promptly fucking shreds), "Oroku Like A TurtleCane", and "Fight Something" (which I swear sounds like something you'd hear on a Prodigy release). Overall, I liked the disk. High energy and rather fun, but the flaws are noticeable. I will dive into the second disk eventually.
Also, Hiryuu, rating someone down just because you disagree with their opinion just isn't cool. You need to chill out and eat some pizza, dude.

Frankly, this seems like it could be their best since Project Chaos, even if it isn't as varied in music genre. Normally OCR has this problem where they do trance songs with vocalists who can't sing and lots of "sampled" sound effects from games, but I guess having someone with a good head on their shoulders as project lead is a good enough filter.

god damn these tracks are good.

The one song I wanted to hear on the album wasn't any good IMO, and I've wanted "The Final Shellshock" to be redone for about 10 years now. I was really hoping it would make it into GFDM somehow, consierung its a Mezumi track.
