DDR SN2 backgrounds delay...

All but 2 background goes with the music.

Those two songs work with background are : Paranoia Hades and Raspberry Heart. The rest are of the background DDR SN2 sims are 5sec delay going with the music. The background loads to slow with the music(other words).

I don't know what's causing the lag; it works fine here and I'm using StepMania 3.9.

In various songs' SM file, the background video should start BEFORE the steps which is what I've coded in the SM scripts. Unless you're deleting the SM files, I have no idea what's wrong cos it works perfectly fine on mine and other people's computers I've checked out, all using 3.9.

Should I download the normal zip then the sm+Video? cause when I just download the Sm+video, thats when the background doesnt go with the music.

Some how , Paranoia Hades and Raspberry Heart works when I just download SM+Video.

DDR Ultramix, DDR Ultramix2,DDR Ultramix 3, DDR Extreme 2 and DDR STR!KE sims video works fine.

Are you remembering to reload your songs after switching the SMs?

I think it's a theme issue; some themes go straight to the music without playing one measure beforehand therefore the background video starts too late.

I switched from the themes that I use and I also have the same problem. For reference, the themes that I use are 3rd Mix and KatzeExtrme.

Edit: I just fixed that delay with Trip Machine and A thing called LOVE by downloading both the ZIP file and the sm+vid file. I replaced the sm. that's in the folder from the ZIP file with the one that was included with the video. I've tested it with the default theme and the KatzeExtreme theme and they both work. It should also work with the other videos.

Alright, I was using Supernova Takaura one. I'm going to try the default one to see if it works. thanks.

I think I some how replaced the SM from Zip and thats why its not working correctly. now it does.
I download the SM+Video and it works great! Thanks!
