I can't give direct link to the site since I'm using a school computer, but I'll help as much as I can.
Go to www.bemanistyle.com and you'll see tabs at the top of the home page, similar to this site's tabs. There should be a Simulations tab that has the Tutorials sections in the drop-down menu. If there isn't a tab called Simulations, just look through each tab's drop-down menu and you'll eventually find it.
The tutorials they have halp to a great extent. The rest is just experimentation.
