I'm just gonna go out and guess that this is Takuya's 3.9 theme and not something you've done.

I made an edit of the theme but takuya cancelled the releaseGraphics of the game

You need to upload the images to an image hosting site, such as Imgur, and then place the direct link to the images in the img tags. For the YouTube tag you need the Video ID, not your username. Like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eH1q4MdhueA
