Thanks Aegis. I might consider blender.

I used to dislike this quite a lot, but I've played around with it as of recent and they fixed so much with it that I kind of enjoy it now more than other things I use. Give it a shot. It combines a ton, from modeling to post, etc. There are tons of tutorials out there to find out how to do things.

I do remember at some point in the past that I wanted to get Blender. But now, I forgot why. Plus, it seems very hard to navigate. But, on the bright side, I was able to download an older version for MAC 10.5, which really impressed me, considering how many programs I have come across lately that are not only available for MAC OS X, but are available for 10.5.
In short, thanks a ton for providing this. I'll have to learn how to actually use this, because I'm still trying to figure out how to change camera position freely, and how to actually color objects, and generate new objects in the program. It's just SO complicated...
This has held you back on many occasions already.
As for Blender-
It's not so difficult. Try setting the navigation preset to Maya, where you can translate objects with (W), rotate with (E), scale with (R).
The only issue I'm having is that it's holding back on me. I want to export camera tracked motion and its trackers from Blender to other programs, but it doesn't exist. I've looked up scripts for this online, but they all don't work. Also, to change the origin point of an object to its vertices is too much of a hassle. In Maya, all I had to do was hold (V) and (D), drag the anchor to the vert in order to move the object from that point. In Blender...it's just dumb. I miss Maya and its shortcuts for faster results.
Not too sold on it anymore. Other programs have faster workflow. It's great for people learning though or for people on budget. There are lots of tutorials for just about everything. Just try to understand the basics as to where everything is (what to use, what not to use), and how you can incorporate what you learn to things you want to do. You can get neat results, but this just isn't for me when I have better programs to work with.
To sum it up, try using the Blender.docs or google/youtube anything you want.
Good luck.

I realize the Humble Bundle isn't anything new, and most people here probably know about it already, but the Humble Weekly Bundle is RPG Maker this week. You can get RPG Maker VX Ace (normally $70 on Steam) for just one dollar. Plus a bunch of resource packs and games made with it too.

Saw that over at Sonic Retro. I already have Sonic 2. So I looked at the other apps that were being offered and none of them seem to strike my fancy.
However I can say its really worth downloading Sonic 2. Christian Whitehead (aka The Taxman) and Stealth as done a superb job on remaking this classic title on the Retro Engine and I'm looking forward to the next Sonic game to be remade on the Retro Engine.
So if you haven't already download Sonic 2 for Android, it would be worth your while to do so.

I second this.
This software is awesome.
Especially when it comes to http://zenius-i-vanisher.com/v5.2/viewthread.php?threadid=6218&page=1 . I can make beautiful stuff like THIS (that I never could have gotten close to in Anime Studio);
RICE.C would be proud.

Anyone who does any PC gaming might wanna get in on the following:
EA's Origin has put up a new game for their On The House promotion. After a few months of puzzle games people would normally play on their phone, they changed things up and have made Dragon Age: Origins free.
