Hello, welcome to ZIv. Nice name, by the way. :3
Now, since you posted on the Simfile Discussion, I'm assuming you want to know how you can upload simfiles. If you want to do so, you must first get a user rating of 50 points or higher, and you can do so by joining in our discussions here while being a very nice human being. Once you get your category, you'll be set.
There's also two alternatives.
First, you could simply upload your files outside of ZIv (maybe with dropbox or mediafire) and make your own thread that hosts them. Or, you can contact Aegis and see if he can put you in the 49 and Under category.
Whatever you choose to do is up to you.
