I'm getting a 403 Forbidden error when I try to access the site from my computer, or any device connected to the same router. I can still see the site through my phone if I'm not connected to the same router (which is what I'm doing now), so clearly I'm not banned. Did I get mistakenly hit by an IP range block?

If your IP is from Bolivia or something then you may have been affected. Alan had to ban an IP a few days ago since it was throttling the site, or whatever the term is called

I might have banned your IP by accident as I was going through a list of IPs that were making a lot of requests to the server. Can you PM me your IP address that is currently blocked?
