Yeah, thats cool, but what about the problem that I hear that there is very little decent bemani there anyway, without drummania, DDR Exreme and not much prospect of more decent machines, the troc isnt as good as it used to be..............sure it has PIU but I dont play that often (I wish I could).

Yeah, it's just not as fun any more that they turned down the SuperNOVA.

4 month revival FTW.
I had been thinking. Had SuperNOVA 2 come out here, and had e-amuse been available, would the Troc have used it?
I'm sure they're well aware of how popular they are in the DDR scene, so I feel they would have taken it into strong consideration. I wonder how fast they make profits out of DDR machines... And how much more they would make with the online service.

Well, they'll be stupid not to use e-AMUSE. And I can imagine the machine being played all day.
Their computers in the middle level still use what looks like Windows 95 or 98. XD So I really don't know.

Well I think I'd rather them update the DDR machines than the computers, though.
And boy, I'd love to hear the SN2 tracks on a volume as loud as the SN is at the moment.

What Bemani games are actually available at the Troc right now?
I ask because I'll be visiting London for a week at the end of August, and I'll be damned if I don't get to visit the Troc at leats once.

Went there today for quite a while and started playing doubles for the first time on the JP Euromix 2.
I was only playing 3-4 footers because on my first round, i was owned by 5+ footers XD Except later I passed Trip Machine ~luv mix~ with a C. Dunno how I did that. Got a AA on Nori Nori Nori and WWW.BLONDEGIRL though.
Also, while getting used to the 8 panel layout, I fell off the side of the pad 3 times. Nice.
The 1P side of those pads is pretty dodgey, I got a lot of pad misses when playing Singles. And there's a small crack in between the pads, which worried me.
I got some SDGs on Fusion, but I'm kinda curious if Fusion's timing is bigger than Supernova's, since I've never even been able to do that before. (Yeah, I do suck) 8 greats on A Stupid Barber and 9 greats on un deux trois. I got another SDG, but can't remember what it was... Only got pictures of those two.
But also, I'm VERY HAPPY that the Troc got Silent Hill: The Arcade. Played some of that, but got killed by Pyramid Head. The whole cabinet is nice too. The voice acting is pretty bad, and the translation is lousy in parts, but it's a fun game. Probably would have been a lot more fun had there been e-Amuse... >_<
k yeah.

There is no JP EM2!? Anyway, hasn't the EZ2 been removed now?
Logically, I'd say Tomorrow Perfume, as they were the three songs that I used to play to death when the machine first appeared in Derby.

Sorry I meant Joint Premium... Is "JP" not used for that term as well anymore? I missed out so much in 2005-6...
Which EZ2 are you talking about? The one by the Pump NX? 'Cause that's still there.
And nope, it wasn't Tomorrow Perfume... I didn't play that song, but I do really like it That trio of songs are all so awesome.

I was thinking of Super China, or whatever that was... And I always refer to a Japanese machine as JP...also, is the ITG2 r21? If not, is there an r21 in the UK?

I heard that SuperChina was removed a long while ago. I remember that one having the tiny screen, but the one left has the bigger one. 8)
The ITG2 is an "upgraded" EuroMix 1.
r21 cabs are the ones that can be hacked and have more songs put on them right? If so, then it's not.
I haven;t heard anything about any r21s here in the UK, but I'm not interested in ITG, so I never stopped to check for sure.

Well i was just palying a lot of doubles on the bottom EM2... I only played SN twice, so you were more likely to have seen me downstairs.
BUMP:
Went there today, found a second SuperNOVA machine in place of Fusion!!
Not as nice to play on as the upstairs SN, but it's better than nothing when the upstairs is really crowded. Although I hate going downstairs because of the reall noisy weeaboo girls wearing cat tails...
I'm guessing this is just the Fusion upgraded since the pads feel the same and the screen is of the same quality. Although now I'm sad, since my scores are really bad on SN compared to other DDRs... The stricter grading really affects me.
But yeah, you might as well play upstairs anyways since the screen is of course HD and the pads feel nicer.
Fusion, you will missed.

Fusion did not get upgraded, the SuperNOVA is the one from LV just a few minutes walk which just has an EM2 now...
We have no idea where that Fusion went.

Oh, that's weird... Well it sucks that the Fusion is gone anyways.
And that SN couldn't have been very popular in LV, there are very few scores on the rankings and the high score of LOM difficult was only an A
Also, I don't know if it was the noisey crows or not, but I was only really able to hear about half a minute of each song i played. I'm defiantely sticking to the upstairs SuperNOVA

Was there today and did a sampling of the machines. Must say I'm impressed (although it was hard to hear some of the machines over the background noise), considering I've never seen so many machines together in one place. Shame we don't have arcades like this back home (the last one in Toronto, also named Funland, shut down last month ).
Wondering if anyone else happened to be around that I may have spoken with and not realized it.

Got rid of the stuff in the first post.
Can regular Troc visitors do me a favour? Could you let me know ASAP if the UBeat location test gets removed at all. Thanks in advance.
