Seeing that the original thread for this particular question was locked, so I couldn't bump it at all. So I've decided to reinstate this question in this new thread.
So I want to know is there a way to change this...

There is no easy way to do that in SM 3.9.

Matt's right, due to my very limitation in SM3.9 coding, and also, the Stepmania 3.9 is poor for make greats things and I dont know what languague use it... SM3.95 and 5 are very powerful for theming using LUA..
But, 3.9 is already discontinued... (I guess)
