how do i set a arcade location that i go to often?

Go to the arcade locator's section for the city the arcade is in, or if it's not there, create it. Then add the name of the arcade you want to add.
Or if you mean add yourself to the list of people who frequent the area, just click the "Add yourself to this list button".
