For some reason, the simfile for LSV is not in the 3rd Mix pack. Why is it not there

Yes, but I found it listed under 3rd mix.

Oh, I see where you saw it! If it isn't here, you next best bet is DDRUK. I know that the downloads get corrupted, but it helps to pause every couple of minutes.
