fuck it I'm just too lazy.
So why not have another port that isn't complete either? Hooray. (As usual no roll support or solo, but I WILL get roll support for this noteskin at least for 3.9 that is a guaranteed promise unless you want to waltz in and say it's shite.)

p.s. this isn't a straight port, mind you. I edited the hue/saturation for both to something I feel that is more readable and few other minor-major things. I am also uncertain if you could add the "flash" animations to 3.95 and below so if anyone wants to give me a heads up I'd appreciate it.
