He means that there is no Flat SuperNOVA noteskin for StepMania 5.

I ported some special DDR Noteskins. The X noteskins which I shared months ago and the new Cyber noteskins done just after I made the X noteskins. Each is complete with vivid, flat, rainbow and note version.

If stepmabia 5 had an special arrow option this would be perfect for that catergory for my arcade sim lol

It is indeed possible to implement special arrow options alongside arrow color.

I noticed this too, I've had the same problem. In my experience, the problem is that the noteskin is configured for only certain themes (with marvelous stars) but the programming is problematic and even on corresponding themes do not work correctly.

Set your current theme metric's BrightGhostThreshold to 99999 under [Player] group.

Dont work

I was away from my laptop when I commented it and I realized that it's BrightGhostComboThreshold, not BrightGhostThreshold. Typo. Try changing it via fallback theme metric and if in case it doesn't work, you must change it via your current theme.
