Unnamed Potential Simfile Project Idea

Hello, NEMESetup here (obviously). So an idea for a simfile project was racking around in my brain today. While I can't think of a name for it at the moment, I know what I want the concept to be...

As we all know, BEMANI games have the trend of having subtitles that usually indicate whatever the overall theme of that installment is, with some themes being more specific than others. beatmaniaIIDX is a prime example of this. What I would like to do is create a simfile pack that emulates the overall themes that beatmaniaIIDX has presented to us over the years, mainly RED through Resort Anthem (as Lincle and tricoro don't present a true indication on what kind of sound you would expect). When I say "emulate the overall themes", I'm not talking about picking and choosing which songs from each style fit best...but instead I want to use music from completely different origins. Here's a rundown on various ways I interpret each theme:

RED - Energetic, Forceful, Driving Beats, Fast, Lively
HAPPY SKY - Flowing, Uplifting, Euphoric, Free
DistorteD - Distorted (obviously), Dark, Quirky, Irregular, Programmed
GOLD - Party, Club, "Feel-Good" Music, Fun, Expressive, Anthem, Dance, '90s
DJ TROOPERS - Strict, Militant, Rough, Heavy, Battle, Confrontational
EMPRESS - Rich, Feminine, Female Empowerment, Frisky, Flirty
SIRIUS - Space, Mysterious, Electronic, Mystical, Fantasy
Resort Anthem - Beach, Beach Party, Islands, Vacation, Tropical, Heated, Different Cultures

Of course some of the qualities that I listed can possibly be applied to some of the other themes. As stated above, I want to only include songs from all different origins outside of BEMANI that would fit the bill for each theme. Despite the qualities that I listed for each style, that does not mean that each theme is locked to a specific genre; any genre that fits each theme can work, as each style has different meanings. While this is a project that I would like to start, I am also very open to this being a collaborative process. I know that I'm going to need help with various things and if anyone would like to help, give suggestions for songs, submit their own steps, or any combination of the three, I fully welcome it. I may possibly want someone else to help manage this with me as well because I still need to find a way to fully organize if I would want to include everything together, or release each theme as a separate pack. I also am not sure of the exact amount of songs I want for each theme yet. For now, here are some main guidelines I would like to have followed for this project:

-SINGLE charts must have Light, Standard, and Heavy steps. Beginner and Challenge are optional.
-DOUBLE, SOLO, and COUPLE charts are not required, but are welcome. SINGLE chart difficulty requirements also apply here.
-PAD files only. No KEYBOARD charts
-Along with appropriate song choices, stepcharts can even reflect the theme if necessary. For example, DistorteD stepcharts are very welcome to feature Stops and BPM Changes. GOLD stepcharts are very welcome to feature Hands and be very fun to play. RED and DJ TROOPERS stepcharts are very welcome to be challenging.
-Leave Mines out of this.
-If you want to suggest songs and/or submit your own songs and steps, they can originate from anywhere EXCEPT the beatmaniaIIDX installments. I will allow up to 5 Konami Originals (this may change) for each theme, but they must be a song that have never appeared in the IIDX series (beatmania and beatmaniaIII are allowed, though). Songs from BEMANI/commission artists that haven't appeared in IIDX yet are fully allowed.
-Any original recordings by Justin Bieber, One Direction, Rihanna, and Nicki Minaj are forbidden. However, if you find remixes...perhaps I'll listen, but I will most likely deny any request to feature them in this project.

THINGS I WILL NEED HELP WITH: Song cutting, graphics, extra stepcharts.
