So I've decided that I want to improve my scores on 10-footers. I can read them just fine, but near the end my legs always seem to give out and turn to jelly, and I start getting Greats all over the place from stepping too slow. What are some good ways to train myself physically (particularly building endurance) to counteract this?
For a rough idea of my current endurance, I can keep up my Perfect ratio through all of CSFIL Speed Mix and all of Exotic Ethnic although I need to catch my breath afterward, while on Paranoia Survivor I can keep it up until I hit the death run.

You can try bicycle or jogging, they can help with leg strength. If you don't prefer "real sports" try Pump it Up charts or In The Groove. Try to play harder charts than you can and with enough self-confidence you will be able to up your scores on easier songs.

"TAKING IT TO THE PIE" |
Step 1: Play more.
Step 2: Once you can't play anymore, play more.
Step 3: See Step 1.
I hate to break it down like that, but it really is that simple. Now, your play style may has some effect. Do you step hard? Light? Bar? No bar? Do you ever play doubles or other dance games (PIU)? The more styles you play, the better you'll get.
