Hey guys how do i put songs into lunatic rave 2? i know you press the add button in the jukebox tab but when i put a folder of music into it, the music doesn't come up in the game.

Press F8 at the song select screen. It should reload the .bms files for whatever folder you're in. Hope that helps.

Sorry to bump an old post, but I can't find anything else that is similar to the issue I am facing.
I am running Lunatic Rave 2 on windows 8, and have this same issue.
I load the song folder in the Jukebox 1 tab, and in game, it displays each folder (for example, 1st Style, 2nd Style, 3rd Style) but I am unable to load any songs from the respective versions.
When I do the manual reload (f8) it does nothing.
Is there a compatibility issue with Windows 8, perhaps?
Any input?

If the songs are in zip files/archives, try unzipping them. I've been told you can leave the songs in zip files, but whenever I try that it doesn't work.
Also, you want to load the folder containing the songs and not just in a dump folder. To better explain myself, here's an example. On StepMania, you can just point to something like this:
And all the songs will load from locations like:
However, LR2 doesn't work the same. You need to direct the game to load one directory up from the song. For example:
I know I'm probably confusing, but maybe it'll help or someone else can explain it better than I can.
