DDR Hottest Party Simfiles Request Thread

Despite the actual game being totally lame, the stepcharts for 80% of the songs are pretty fun! So I was just wondering if any work has been started on the creation of simfiles for this game. Thanks!

Up to you guys to do the work.

Apparently this mix lacks an edit mode, so the stepping will probably be done to videos. I plan on getting the game soon, though without my own video camera I'll be looking for vids just like everyone else. I could get all of the beginner steps, anyway =P

I don't think so, considering the work thread would be a lot more active if there was an easy way of obtaining charts. Like I said, I don't have the game yet =P

I see he reuploaded the right version of 1998 remix now, anyway.

Anyway, I had second thoughts about getting the bundle since it was $70 at GameStop. I'm going to wait until I find a lower price for it.

Wow this is awesome Tiger, the music in Hottest Party is flawless. :-)
BTW, isn't there one song missing, since there is 50.

EDIT: Just noticed that is only tokyoevolved thats missing.

How are we going to handle the three versions of TokyoEVOLVED for these simfiles? They all use different music. I'm not sure if the basic/standard charts change too...

I thought about this.

"EASY" CHART: Heavy
Since Heavy is typically easier, the "Easy" chart could be Heavy.

"MEDIUM" CHART: EDIT
The "Medium" chart could be Edit, since come on, where else are you going to put it in one simfile?

"HARD" CHART: CHALLENGE/ONI
I shouldn't have to explain why.

As I stated in my post, all 3 versions use different music as well, AND it's possible there is alternate light/standard steps as well.

Then we'll make 3 different simfiles. What's the problem? =P

Well, how do we label them? They're all still tokyoEVOLVED.

We'll probably do the same thing as in 2nd mix or so, where Paranoia Max Dirty Mix had alternate steps in roulette.

Well you could rip the audio from a Youtube vid of it, you could record it off your own game if you have it, or you could get it from the upcoming soundtrack release =p
