You're going to get this thread locked for not using the main SN2 thread, you know that, right?
That being said, Paranoia Hades is the boss song of Area L. You clear its mission, it's available in the shop. You need to pass the prior eleven areas with as high of a Hyper Score as you can manage (i.e. very rare, if any, use of Support Modules), That or it will become available in the Shop after a very, vely long time playing the standard game mode.
