How do I change the language of Lunatic Rave 2 beta 3?

I apologise if this is a really dumb question, but I cannot figure out how to change the language of Lunatic Rave 2's setup menu and the tutorials I have found using Google have been of no help.

The version of Lunatic Rave 2 I am using is beta 3 100201. According to this guide, I should be able to change the language of Lunatic Rave 2's set up menu from the "main" tab.

Specificaly, these 2 steps from the linked guide:
"#5. After choosing a username and password, a LR2 SETUP window will appear. Change language to English
#6. You should be on the MAIN tab."

I have looked all over the main tab and have not found any language change option. I even checked how the words "english" and "language" are written in Japanese and tried to look for identical looking characters, yet I still found nothing. Here is a screenshot of what the main tab looks like when I run Lunatic Rave 2 on my computer.


I have not been able to find anything more detailed on the internet for something as basic as changing the set up menu's language. I would appreciate it if someone could tell me how to change the language to English, or if that's even possible for the version of Lunatic Rave 2.

At the top left, it says "Language". Switching that will change most of the options to English (some of the options added later were not translated).
