i downloaded Trip Machine Pheonix and then i downloaded the updated lime out ver and in my sm it replaces the new dwi. with the old one and the old banner shows and switches with the new on after a second. its like the game remembers the file when its deleted and switched with a new one.

Well, yeah.
Go into Options and then select Reload Songs/Courses and it'll cache the new image.

what about the dwi's i replaced. like i got NGO when it first appeared and then i downloaded it with the line out mp3 and the dwi still has only challenge instead of most difficulies

Delete your NGO, download NGO.zip again and extract.

ok i figured it out i mean the stepmania game remembers the previous one thats why you cant change it . the only way to is to reload it in the options menu but reboting it wont work. so i got it figured out. thanks for the banner thing. oh yeah great quality on Trip Machine Pheonix. will you be able to put on Paranoia (Hades)?
