I have a been playing Supernova 2, I unlocked all songs thru all 7 codes and the people who played it around Ignacio loves it.. now i been asked if there is one for Supernova, not 2. I dont know how to unlock it with Healing D Vision, Fascination Maxx, and Facination -eternal love mix-. I seem to pass all 3 through an AA on my final stage but still not unlocked these songs and played CHAOS on extra encore stage, but failed CHAOS. Do i have to pass CHAOS? Or is there an easier way to unlocking all 4 songs? Help needed thank you (
)

As far as I know, there isn't a way to unlock a SuperNOVA cab, unless it's a Japanese one which was connected to eAmuse, in which case it should be fully unlocked and have the 4 boss songs unlocked under 'All Music'.
If not, then I don't think there's anything you can do apart from play them under ES/OMES conditions. Sorry about that.

Is it true that Felm
is unplayable on a non-eAmuse SN1 cab?

Pretty much, there may be a Challenge course that has it as well as the others, but in normal gameplay the Challenge charts for the ES/EES songs are unplayable.

Yeah it was a source of outrage when we found out that there was no way to fully unlock everything on SN1. Felm (as ES only) came with a patch on the machines that fixed the syncing issues but there was never anything that allowed the boss songs to be played freely.

With SuperNOVA, Konami genuinely expected to launch a western eAmuse service. With SuperNOVA 2 they added stage codes in the concession that it was likely never going to happen.
At the very least, everything unplayable on SuperNOVA is playable on SuperNOVA 2.

Other way around. After several successful location tests and a promising business partner (Brunswick) Konami had plans to launch the e-amusement network for North America starting with SuperNOVA 2. Plans progressed slowly and was ultimately dropped due to a change in positions at Brunswick Zone. Even after the unsuccessful partnership with Brunswick Konami still offered an option for arcades to use the network on DDR X, but dropped IIDX and GFdm in the process (Not enough sales/interest to warrant a release at that point). Only one arcade was known to have connected to e-amuse in America on DDR X which was at Hollywood Park in Illinois. It was never fully connected however and would always give a network timeout after trying to log users in. So SuperNOVA 2 was the only game ever fully supported and working at one point. At the very least, everything unplayable on SuperNOVA is playable on SuperNOVA 2.
To answer the other question. There is no unlock code for SuperNOVA, all content was unlocked through e-amusement. Also for SuperNOVA there was no plan at that time for a western e-amuse network. Some evidence is actually the network status on all western releases. DDR SuperNOVA2 and DDR X were the only ones with a Network status at the bottom of the screen and with options to access the e-amuse network in the test menu.

Betson's SuperNOVA machines shipped with networking hardware. At least some of them did. An arcade I frequented in Houston Texas attempted to connect their machine to the eAmuse network and gave up when it kept blocking American IP addresses and couldn't figure out how to spoof it in a way that eAmuse would accept. That is what I heard from them, at least.
I think that while there may have been no plans to give players access to eAmuse and distribute cards, there was probably a intention to use the eAmuse network for software updates (ergo, unlocks).
To say that Konami never intended to do something like that would imply they shipped the game to America and Europe knowing full well that unlocks would be broken... and then bothered to ship a new game disc with updates that still contained the same issue.

The thing is, its not like the unlocks were a big deal in the first place. SuperNOVA was one of the only recent releases to have been fully playable from its release (minus the addition of flow true style, felm, beautiful life and a couple Oni charts). There really was no need to unlock any content when a player could access almost all the songs and charts in the game.
Also the network thing you are talking about is just the ethernet port on the Python 2 or PS2. I have a Python 2 sitting right next to me and I can tell you its easily accessible when its in a machine. Just plugging it in won't do you any good, you need the other hardware (card readers) and a Japanese static IP that Konami verified for use on e-amuse. All IP's outside of those verified to be on the Network can't connect or will give a network warning. You wouldn't have been able to even connect to e-amuse in America because...
-American IP address
-IP is not verified to use on e-amuse
-There is no option to even set up e-amuse/network
The menu for e-amuse was omitted on DDR SN and DDR X2's Western release.

Those few (very important) non-unlockable charts are what the OP is talking about though
