Has there been any PS2 DDR characters made for Stepmania? I was wondering if these characters are already made for stepmania:
From DDR Extreme:
-Blues
-Rhythm
From DDR Extreme 2:
-Bass
-Drum
-JC
-Sa-Ja

I don't think any PS2 characters were made for SM. Just PS1.

The dancing characters were originally just the content from the PC DDR game, one-shot character designs using the model data from the 4thMIX engine. Later on andrewOPL started a massive project on the late DDRManiaX where the graphics data from the PSone games were extracted.
No one to my knowledge has attempted to extract the graphics or the dance routines from the PStwo or Xbox games that featured dancers.

Here you can download 127 characters for stepmania, most of them are from different DDR, but from the old ones (before supernova).
