At the arcade, I like to write down which songs I play, what letter grade I get and, now that I'm trying to improve this... the number of perfect/greats/etc I get. For now, I just use a pen and paper to record the basics. If it's a good score and I want to remember the exact number of perfects/greats/etc, then I take a picture and enter it on the score tracker on this site.

The problem is, when I'm deciding what song to play next, I have to sift through all the papers and look at which songs I've done and which I'm close to improving on.

I'm considering starting an ambitious project of making a spreadsheet of every song (for DDR Extreme) with a space for letter grade, perfect, great, etc..., # of feet, fun level, ... and bringing that with me to the arcade to keep track of everything. Before I re-invent the wheel, has anyone already done this? Or do you have any tips?

Man, I wish there were an iPhone app for this.

Thanks!

I usually don't record all my scores. A while ago I did have a list to tick off of every 9-footer in SuperNOVA when I was trying to improve by passing all of those, but that was just the one time like back in February.
Now, I just use the camera on my iPod to take pictures of any songs I A/FC, AA or AAA/PFC.
Oh, and when I pass a new 10 Puppy Face

Well i think that they are many way to do this.

To make things simple, i used to record all my scores (by taking a picture).

Then, one of the problem thta you have, is that you want to play specifiq songs that you want to improve. Well that's pretty easy to do if you entered all your score in the tracker. You check them and wrote/print them on paper (like your 15 worst score) and voila.

^ I use to do this A LOT. I have plenty of files in my computer with different spreadsheet.
For exemple this (all the song that i could play on extreme but not on SN and after).

Also, you can acess to the website with your phone (there is a phone version, yes).

But again, imo, taking pictures and enter the scores (that's not mandatory to upload the picture here too, myself i only did it for AAA's and some other few scores) might help you a LOT.

Well, I have a sheet for every song on Extreme but I only have one spot per difficulty for great count. It was a fast way to see what else I could work on at the time but I haven't had an Extreme for years around here.

If you want it in Excel format or something let me know

I use one to track my AAAs but that only helps with the exact count, not what I have left

Edit> I used to have my own personal tracker for a while. You might like the design even if you don't like the system (it has been borked for years anyways)
