World record scores with chart-altering or "hindering" mods?

I'd like to get a list of world record scores that have used chart-altering or "hindering" mods. I know a few (which I've listed below), but I'm pretty sure it's not even close to complete. Can anyone help me out?

For reference, the following mods are considered to be based on personal preference, and not chart-altering or hindering:
- Speed mods
- Reverse
- Hidden+ covering half the arrows for timing improvement
- Noteskins
- Screen Filter
- Risky

All other mods count as chart-altering or "hindering".

Here's what I've got so far:
- Healing-D-Vision S-: Shuffle
- DEGRS Single : Either Shuffle, Left, or Right (not sure which, can someone provide more info?)
- Valkyrie dimension S- and S-: Sudden+
- Valkyrie dimension S-: CUT2 held the world record for a short time.
- Tohoku Evolved S-: CUT1 JumpOff FreezeOff held the world record for a short time, as the only passing score. This was followed by CUT1 JumpOn FreezeOn as the only passing score, before someone passed it without Cut.

What I might be missing:
- Possibly Arrabbiata Shuffle?
- Any other Extra Stage songs that were passed with Cut on before anyone passed them without Cut?
- Any WR scores with Dark on?
- Any WR scores with Boost on?
- Anything else?
