As far as I know the only complete version of what Beware did here (a totally built recreation/simulation) is DDR EXTREME. I could not even imagine this happening with any other DDR mix or any other Bemani game at all. DDR EXTREME just happens to be the most popular Bemani game ever.

I should mention when going into the "lets move on" in screen evaluation when the announcer or crowd is still playing, it stops as soon the image pops up on the screen.

Having fast/slow would be a godsend for this! Recreating Extreme Clarity in SM would be such an amazing project! JUst out of curiosity, does this build allow for marvelous to be enabled during regular gameplay or will I just need to modify the metrics to allow this? I'm also curious what the timing windows are like (in MS) for this build. Thanks!

Hi!

I have been able to add the option to modify the Global Offset of the game while a song is playing.

It works the same as modifying the song offset with the F11 and F12 buttons, but for the Global Offset the F3 and F4 buttons must be used. Also, I have lowered from 0.02 to 0.01 the value of each press of these buttons (F3, F4, F11 and F12).

Here I leave the executable so that you can replace it in the data that the user gzy shared a while ago.

You need to make two changes to the metrics.ini file (in the beware theme folder):

1) In the [ScreenEvaluationStage] tag, replace the line

Fallback = ScreenEvaluationNoMarvelous

by

I have continued my work on the source code that gzy shared a while back.

These days, I've been able to modify the code for a few things, adding the following:

- EX SCORE Scoring System added on Normal and Nonstop modes.
- Global Offset Mod in-game (F3 to decrease and F4 to increase, like F11 and F12 for Song Offset)
- The Timing Windows of StepMania.ini have been removed, to avoid alteration of values ​​and cheating.
- The GradePercentValues ​​of StepMania.ini have been removed, to avoid alteration of values ​​and cheating.
- TimingWindows Adjusts respect to ARCADE values ​​(see https://zenius-i-vanisher.com/v5.2/thread?threadid=7564&&page=12#p430357)
- Difficult Level reduces to one (level "ARCADE") on Machine Option.
- Fast/Slow on Normal, Nonstop and Oni Mode, like DDR EXTREME Clarity Mod (Arcade). The font is in Themes\DDRextreme_beware\Fonts\FastSlow font 16x16.png
- Metrics.ini slightly modified to show Marvelous, Fast and Slow in all game modes and results screens. Marvelous shine has been removed.
- Correction of some song offsets. This aspect can always be improved.

Clearly there are aspects to improve, especially in metrics.ini (for example, the appearance and disappearance of FastLabel and SlowLabel can be improved).

My idea is that everyone can try this first attempt at Fast / Slow insertion

Another thing: The name "Tournament Edition" is due to the fact that the TimingWindows cannot be modified from StepMania.ini, nor the difficulty in Machine Options.

I'm retroactively calling my previous "r4" release "r3 beta 1 update 1", since according to beware, r4 should be reserved for a complete rewrite.

Anyway, not too much new here:
Fixed Kiss Kiss Kiss Single Heavy.
Fixed Irresistiblement Double Heavy.
Select Music: songs without cards can now have Parenthesis and slash characters.
More accurate announcer and crowd cues during gameplay.
Song Credits: Songs with the same titles now have their mix displayed.

* CANDY(DDR MAX)
* CANDY(DDR MAX2)
* Jam Jam Reggae(DDR club version)
