jubeat analyzer is a simulator that lets you write custom charts, and there are gobs of custom BEMANI charts on YouTube thanks to it. It was also on Reflec, and it was a 9 in that game, so maybe there's some of the confusion.
Can you customize the jubeat analyser? It looks bland and unfinished with so much black.
