Like Fitzpatrick in Buffalo. Played amazing until he got that big shiny contract, then............Buffalo REALLY dropped off. Because imo he knew he was gonna get payed, so he was like "FU Team"

The Bills have just been like that the past 5-6 years. Hot start, beating really good teams, get the city and the rest of the NFL talking about "playoffs", and then they go like 2-6 or something at the last half of the season. It's quite sad and I hope they can get it together and knock Brady/the Jets off 1st place this year.. Even though it will probably not happen until Brady and Belichick are out of New England.

I still believe it was because of the contract. I think the Jets will regress, because Sanchez really doesn't care.
Now, one team that interests me this season is.............*gulps* the Cleveland Browns

I guess another thing that pissed me off was that the people up in Cleveland gave Lebron help when he asked for it. Didn't have depth at center? They got Jamison and albeit a "past his prime" Shaq, he still got it. They also went to the Eastern Conference Finals the year before and got shut down against a 3-happy Magic team with Dwight. I was rooting for him when he was in Cleveland because he was the man. Now that he's in Miami, he is perfectly ok with being the beta to Dwayne Wade, and sometimes even Chris Bosh's, alpha.
I believe he can be a leader, but it seems like he doesn't want to be. He takes over games in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd quarter but becomes the assist master when crunch time happens.
Then explain me why the Cavs sucked so hard after LeBron left. They gave Shaq, but Shaq is old, and he got his thumb injured, and that put him out of the game for some time. Jamison, yeah, cool guy, he was a good help. I do think LeBron is the best player in the Heat, yet it's not his team. And, I see you didn't mention the 4th quarter. You're still in the finals lol, look at LeBron's game now, he has been dominant in the 4th quarter. Assisting is never bad, it means you're actually creating game. I do believe taking the last shot always because you're the superstar is not always the best idea, and that's when your shooting is poor, because then you're blamed for the loss.I believe he can be a leader, but it seems like he doesn't want to be. He takes over games in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd quarter but becomes the assist master when crunch time happens.

They won't make it past the Spurs OR the Thunder.
I don't think the Thunder will make it past this round. I'm rooting for the Thunder for the series, but Spurs is way too strong, that's San Antonio Basketball.Quote: The Mirror Of UM2
I believe Lebron wants to be "the guy", but only when he WANTS to be "the guy" I also believe he did have more fun when he was in Cleveland. It was a lot of fun to watch. In Miami, it's like they can never relax and have a bit of fun, because they put that pressure on themselves by saying what they said about not 1, not 2, not 3, not 4, not 5.............etc. I bet he has regrets now that he didn't have when he signed with Miami.

lolThe Cavs sucked so hard because those remaining guys on the Cavs were roleplayers, not centerpieces like Lebron. Role players like Battier, World Peace (Artest), and Boozer aren't franchise players by any means and can't lead a team on their own but they can be vital pieces to championship teams.
Was cool seeing Lebron take the final shot in regulation even though he missed. He wanted to be the man and I really enjoyed it!

I could honestly care less who wins. If the same offense happened to the Heat, or any other team for that matter, i'd still say something

The problem may be that there wasn't a call in that play, which was a really important crucial situation. That's the only issue, but also there were bad calls on the other end of the floor.

Wade always seemed to have the refs in his back pocket. (See: 2006 NBA finals)
Rondo played his heart out though. Pretty much everyone on Boston quit except for him.

I'm a Lakers fan, I do like the Miami Heat (before LeBron and Bosh arrived I already liked them), and I used to follow most of the Cavs game during the LeBron era (I still think the Cavs are cool but I don't watch their games anymore and their game is bad lol).

Thank you. He's been flopping around the court ever since then too.

Because he didn't need to see any action. It was a rollover game essentially
Revived for relevancy. NFL and NCAA football are in full swing, MLB Postseason is getting interesting, NBA and NCAA basketball is right around the corner, and there's an interesting EPL title race forming across the pond
