I don't think the APPEND FESITVAL banners were included on the hard drive and I don't think that there have been rips of the Chinese versions. Theory of Eternity has appeared on the X2 SPECIAL SITE:
However it's .jpg.
I'm so Happy and Theory of Eternity were both on DDR II, but the banners there aren't 256x256.
