Aw man, it wasn't even on the store that long.

Huh, I've noticed something funny about the Copula soundtracks...

This may be trivial, but when I downloaded the soundtracks from my iPhone, the artist names were all romanized. Meanwhile, I download the songs on my computer, I get the original Japanese names, kanji (I think) and everything. While this seems minor, this means that because I like refurbishing the songs on my computer (Adding BPM, jackets and genres when applicable), I have two copies of the album on my phone- One I downloaded, one refurbished. But the best part is that for some reason, if I mess too much with the albums on my computer, the Copula soundtracks end up cutting off about 66% of the song list, and I can't transfer them to my phone! And if I were to delete both of the albums from my phone, it deletes the refurbished album on my computer, and then I have to un-hide it from my iTunes purchases, redownload all the songs, and restart the process from square one. I don't even know why some songs don't transfer, maybe it has to do with the whole romanization thing? I don't get as many issues with the Tricoro soundtrack, on the other hand.

On that note, something must be wrong with me for getting so involved in tweaking BPM values. Somehow, I get a kick off of applying jacket artwork that I downloaded off of Remywiki.

iTunes is great and all but which albums are on Google Play? I know that the m1dy albums are available (and for relatively cheap too) and I vaguely remember seeing a DDR soundtrack on it once...

Just looked it up, I found a few of kors k's smaller albums and others, but no Bemani music as far as I can tell. Artist information does exist for all the Bemani artists (Even a few aliases, but with no bio), but they don't have any songs for some weird reason. Whether this is a future thing, or it's just looking up this information online (Kosuke Saito has a profile with a bio copied from Wikipedia, but kors k has the actual albums), I can't tell, but some of the artists do show their album artwork for some of the new albums added to Apple Music.

Anyway, I downloaded some of the albums available on Apple Music, and I noticed a few interesting things...

-The missing songs in AGEHA are there. Like, not there-there, but when I added the album to my library, songs that were in Beatmania games were listed, including their game of origin. However, they are greyed out and I can't download them. Either they're placeholders, or maybe they have plans to release the rest of the album sometime in the future? (Edit: Same thing with the other albums with missing tracks.)

-Data exists for pretty much all of the main Bemani artists on Apple Music. Some of the artists have an album or two (I'm assuming the ones listed above), but a few other Bemani artists are listed without any songs, like DJ Yoshitaka, L.E.D, and even DJ Mass MAD Izm*. Considering Apple is a bit less inclusive than Google, I don't think these categories exist without a reason, especially since they're the only artists listed under "similar artists"... (Of course, Nekomata Master and Nekomata Master+ are listed separately for some odd reason)

I don't know about you guys, but I'm going to be the optimist here and guess that we might get something big in the future.

Can you please explain what you mean? I check through the desktop and moblie versions to make sure that they were available for purchase (on the US iTunes store, typed in the album name's/artist to search).
This post shouldn't be seen/taken that I'm mad or upset, I'm just curious to know what you meant; I made sure that the albums were there to buy, elsewise I would have not mention/post about it.

So, Apple Music is a streaming service that Apple has, separate from iTunes. Basically, since I have a subscription, I'm able to stream these songs, add them to my iCloud library, and download them to my devices. Interestingly enough, checking on iTunes on my MacBook, I can't find the albums for purchase on the normal iTunes store, but I can locate and download them through Apple Music. And thankfully, it seems that I can use the files as I see fit, so I can convert and keep backup files here in case something goes wrong. (Like it did with the Copula soundtracks...) [EDIT: I'm wrong. I can't get Apple Music files through my current audio converter, unlike purchases from the iTunes store. Looks like Apple's got some anti-tamper measures in place...] Judging from the price markers visible on the internet browser preview, they should be available for purchase too, I'm guessing.

Holy crud, they released the SINOBUZ album in the US on the same day they released it in Japan!
(It's not on Apple Music though, so I gotta pay for it)
(Edit: Checking Remywiki, apparently they did the same thing with the Copula soundtrack first. Eh, I'm new here. But hey, still pretty cool)
