I need help, I contacted a Clickpop virus which basically reroutes my computer to a different site, and crashed my computer. I need help and a way to kill this bitch of a virus. Please, save my laptop!

There isn't much, just OpenITG, a few apps, GIMP, and ect.
Update, the virus is gone, its done and over with. I......no, you guys helped a lot. You guys just saved me 300 bucks.
