Probably the easiest way to do this is to open each sound file in Audacity and re-save it at the same quality, overwriting the original .ogg.

All it is is a metatag. Find a free editor online and manually edit the song length to what it really is.

There's an open source OGG patching utility, that also has the ability to "de-patch" the songs. http://code.google.com/p/itgoggpatch/
