Hi there. My arcade just got a new DDR machine and I noticed a 'local mode' box thing at the starting screen. What does it mean? Also, are the unlock codes region-free?

It says that it is not connected to the E-Amuse network. The e-amuse readers (the ones with the keypads), if there are any, will not accept e-amusement cards/passes.

If it's an X2 then only NA/EU machines can be unlocked. All SN2s/X's can be unlocked AFAIK.
