I can't login manually today, & then....when i tried to created a new account using the same username/password, it actually succeeded.. So what happened to my previous account?

Well, according to the database, you used to have a user ID with the number 10; it doesn't exist in the database anymore for some reason. So I have NO idea what happened there.
And in the registration script; there is actually a check for whether there is an account with the same name... I have no idea how the hell did your old account got deleted.
Edit: I've changed your user ID back to 10, hopefully you can log in again with that ID.
