Hey,
I LOVE Rapper's Delight. It's my most played song other than Maria on Pump It Up EXCEED SE, and when I saw that the Universe version had still not been worked on yet for StepMania, I decided to help with it best I can. I downloaded the gameplay video from YouTube, and have created a near-exact cut from said video. I'm also considering stepping the Heavy steps.
Anything to help.
