It seems that the cancelled US location test is back on again according to Ry19.com.

I'm thinking that all the games (DDR SN2 JP, US, and DS SN2) will all have different release dates. Maybe different song lists as well?

the arcade manager at golfland say they're getting SN2 around september, so im guessing it be out around then in the states. Too bad illinois is too far...

Theres a new song unlocked via Eamuse.
Dreaming of Love by Koichi Ishima or something like that. All of that is variable, i didnt pay much attention. Its a 7 or 6, its got good steps, and it bpm is around 170.
Its kinda popy or R&B ish.

We'll most likely have videos/info from the Japanese release before we have videos/info from the AL location test.

Yeah - why can't people just run out there with their camcorder and take a nice 5-minute video for all of the DDR freaks on the internet?! It's really not that much to ask for.

That's what's really bugged me over the month.

If the location test had been in the UK; we'd have figured the ENTIRE machine out got all the EXPERT charts and probably some DIFFICULT charts out by now.

Just annoys me that the media could have flowed in quicker, but didn't.

Heh, the new location test started yesterday, and we haven't heard anything about it except what the owner told us.

If they would hold a test on the West Coast, I think we would get lots of pics/videos.

I just want more videos - that's all. All of the videos that have come out have been very short, except for the first one that was "First Players in U.S. to Try Out SuperNOVA 2". I'd like to see more videos like that. In fact, I'm very surprised that not too many people are excited about the Alabama location test. Also, the owner of the SN2 in Alabama said that there were only 301 songs total. That's what SN1 had! Did they take away some songs, or was that a mistake? I hope they didn't, because that would mean I would have to play on the original SuperNOVA if they took away some of the titles I liked.

The first thing I would check would be the SN 1 licenses. It could be a mistake on the owner's part though, we need someone to check over the songlist.

i'm not very supprised at all that we dont have more supernova 2 info. think about it, with the hardcore ddr players, the game flopped. most of them would rather play in an extreme machine, and they are expecting the same thing from supernova 2. from what we have seen in the videos, they are right, its mostly the same generic 7s(bloody tears is a fucking travesty, it better have atleast an 8 foot oni chart).

what konami needs to do is put the rest of the xbox/360 material into the arcade ddr games. thats some quality material right there, but they wont do it.
