No, the SuperNOVA2 theme was by someone named Zero who based it on the SuperNOVA theme.
Takuya never released his because his computer fucked up.

I remember when Takuya's PC crashed. I was so eager to get his SN2 theme.
So this "updated theme"... what's updated about it? The only thing I could spot out was the Artist display.

I think it's the pink/blue display when you've completed a difficulty. Cindyandcody, two features doth not an updated theme make. Besides, you'll need Zero's permission, since Takuya didn't make it.
