for some reason it cant be deleted,renamed,or moved and it says that the reason why is that there is another user "using" this program and it wont delete. i tried so many techniques and made so many attemps to but it cant be renamed,moved, or deleted and i was wondering if by chance you could see if there is another user using the song called PEACE(^^)v or if it is a different cause.

It's not to do with the files here, it's probably because a program is preventing you from moving/deleting it or whatever.
Unlocker 1.8.5
Use that program to unlock files that are in use.
