Huh, I believe this has been asked before, but I'm just wondering since I don't know, will there be a Console version for DDR X2 JP? If there will be, is there any date yet?

"PLACE YOUR BET!!"
Until we know anything, because Konami hasn't announced anything anywhere yet, we're not gonna know, so It's kinda pointless asking Sad

"Not going through this again"
For your question to answer, nobody knows about it yet because Konami hasn't announced anything about it. In my mind, I have a feeling that this may not be very possible that it will happen. Maybe the songs in X2 AC would bring forward into the next CS game in future or as DLC.

Don't raise your hopes up though, we may never get something we've always wanted. Just sit tight and wait and see what happens.
Whether you like it or not I am still here.

IIRC, Naoki said repeatedly in response to questions about DDR X2 that Konami wasn't planning on going in that direction unless there was a large demand for it. Since there isn't a large demand for it, they're probably just going to keep on doing what they're doing now.

So probably not, though that isn't to say that I don't want it just as much as the next guy.

Console ports of AC games are dead. GF/DM ended way back in V3, we're now in the XG line. IIDX ended with EMPRESS, it's just too big of an investment to release SIRIUS on a new platform. pop'n music ended way back in FEVER! potrable =/= Adventure. Prove me wrong Konami, prove me wrong. I dare you, I want to eat my words!
Will not change sig till pop'n 17, IIDX 17, and GF/DM XG get CS versions.

Wrong wrong wrong!(At least for Sirius CS, and stop acting like you know everything please T.T) but i will admit that pop'n and GFDM CS's are dead in the water because konami stated that, but they have NOT stated that they are ending the IIDX CS versions. The CS petition has gained some ground, and there was mention of some merchandise being announced in the next few weeks. please eat your words concerning IIDX CS releases, because thats in the dark for now, and may be continued sooner than you think

Look! Can everyone stop assuming that their done making CS releases please? it makes me so mad when someone says these things when your not with Konami yourself. You don't know. Who knows, they could announce a new CS release tomorrow, or the next day, or next week, WE DONT FUCKING KNOW, PLEASE STOP ASSUMING!

@ DavidTango: LOL BRO U MAD?

@ DJjeff: You...do prove a point. Complaining that we will never get a CS version of this or that, assuming that a region will get a CS game of an arcade version, and anything else regarding this whole mess really proves no point other than just a fuel to a fire that can't be extinguished unless the company brings the fire extinguisher and cools us all down.

a.k.a No CS ports, people complain, so what. Do something else then, or rather, take this time to play the other older CS games that you may have. You will be surprised how time will fly and how fast an announcement for an AC or CS release comes by if your busy doing something else other than complaining and arguing over whether or not a CS version will ever see the light of day.

Yup.
