Other themes on SM AMX REDUX

When I press the left and right buttons to sort the music, apparently Stepmania AMX crashes right after the player's best sort. Any way to fix that? This applies on Cyberia Style 5 and DDR Extreme themes. (I guess it may also apply on 3.9 themes)

Also, is there a way to view the background videos when in edit mode?

Go to StepMania/Data folder, open StepMania.ini with notepad, then under [Editor] change ShowBGChangesPlay's value to 1. Save.

Hmmm, I do wonder if getting the idea of fixing the sort thing is worth the trouble...

Edit: Oh yeah, and when I press the B button in edit mode, nothing shows up and I can't edit the background changes. How do I fix that one? When I press the Escape button to bring up the menu, the add/edit bg change is grayed out

actually, that edit mode (SM AMX) always crash for me, even when i want to play in edit mode (with autoplay off)...

Well, I was using the DDR X2 theme (w/c is compatible to SM AMX) when I was trying out edit mode. So I was wondering why the add/edit bg change was grayed out.

Maybe it's because I don't have any videos in the Random Movies folder???

1. When you select DOUBLE mode and get into SELECT MUSIC --> crash.
2. When you select DOUBLE mode and get into SELECT COURSE --> not crash.
3. When you change SORT to the LIST SORT (The one after PLAYER's BEST) --> crash.
(or maybe if you establish the list, it won't crash, but how to do it?)
4. If you have done some SORT change (include UP DOWN UP DOWN), it might be crash when
(1) Back to the TITLE
(2) GO into STAGE
(3) GO into STAGE and back to SELECT MUSIC
(4) you're changing the sort.

I guess 3.9 themes are still experimental on SM AMX.

EDIT: I still can't fix the BG Changes problem even after putting an .avi video in the RandomMovies folder. I also noticed that, even in the default themes, Stepmania crashes when entering the song wheel during doubles play...damn...
