Hey all. A few years ago I put together this lil' dude.
Worlds smallest In The Groove machine
It took me awhile, but I've finally gotten around to fixing a few small issues I had with the original design and have made it into a printable PNG file.
The image is approx 10" x 15" @ 300dpi. I suggest printing it on a very thick 11x17 cardstock paper so that it will keep its shape after assembly. If you have any questions, please ask, but I think most of you will be able to figure out how to put it together once you get into it.
Enjoy!

P.S.
For reference, here is the ITG2 and DDR Extreme cabinets I made in Google SketchUp that I used to create this papercraft model.

The original was too small. I've reuploaded the file at the correct size. It should print off just right on an 11x17 paper. If you can't find card stock of 11x17, then just print off the different "parts" of the machine on 8.5 x 11 cardstock and assemble it from there.
Good Luck!
