Hey, I saw that someone on craigslist is selling what looks like a cobalt flux for ps2 for $75. It's in Ponte Vedra, Florida and requires pickup though.

That's not a Cobalt Flux. Might be worth it for the price. I'd ask to play a test game before buying it though.
