I know I shouldnt judge the CD by the track previews, but the for me personally, the album is to laid back. Thats probably a plus for some people, but for me, I wish there was more fire on the album outside of Raison de'tre

I'm willing to remain more positive. Who knows, maybe some of them are like The Apocalypse long version; mellow for the first two minutes or so, then they pick up for the remainder of the song. If not, hey, I could use some more mellow pieces. I'm pretty convinced I'll enjoy the album either way.
Also, who else thinks the new opening to Raison d'etre sounds awesome?

My theory: It's Zektbach, Tomosuke can do no wrong. I can't think of any awesomely bad Zektbach songs in any bemani game or on the last CD, I highly doubt any will be worse than mediocre.

I agree. It's really good music either way and there's only like 2 songs i don't like on the first album, so I'm remaining optimistic.
