EXSOUND:
Basically these are pretty good headphones with a USB connector. 8 speakers, 2 front, 2 rear, 2 center, and 2 subs. Works on Vista/7, Plug-and-play installs the drivers in less than 10 secs. Software included. It starts as regular headphones (I think) and you should be able to change them to 5.1 on any game/app/movie. Comes with a cool detachable bendy mic.
Also includes Lanyard/strap and 2 carrying pouches.
They're near mint in the fact that I opened the box and tried them once.
They retail for $200. Looking for $60.
