The right arrow on my keypad just stopped working on my laptop, making it impossible for me to snap on Stepmania (switch to 8th notes, 16th notes, etc). There is no option for this in the config settings, and I want to know if there is some way to map it to another key so I can make simfiles again. I tried using the 2P side of the keyboard, but that didn't work either. I also tried changing the right and menuright keys, but neither of those changed the snap either.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

yes there is a way to config the keys.
first go to Options in the SM main menu
then go down to Config Key/ Joy Mappings (which should be the 6th option from the top)
and now you can config the keys to your liking, but just curious here can't you use the normal directional arrows on your laptop's key board? Also have you tried to plug in a normal keyboard to the back of your laptop?

He's referring to changing the controls in the editor, as he can't use his right arrow key and therefore can not change the snap type when editng charts, making it only possible to use 4th notes.first go to Options in the SM main menu

As far as I know, there isn't any way to change the editor's controls.
